Everything in Monaco is decadent, opulent and gorgeous..If you are in Monaco by all means a visit to the luxurious State Apartments in the Palais Princier,the traditional home of the Grimaldi royal family is a mustand If you’re there at 11:55 a.m., you can witness the dramatic changing of the guard. It's Quite an experience
